The Groggy Bird

As we sat outside eating lunch after a morning of stretching, meditation and tai Chi there was a sudden thump from a window as this finch flew headlong into the glass.
It stood on the ground shaking it's head for a while, and didn't seem at all ready to fly away.
Suddenly it seemed to notice all these big animals (us) and decided to hop into the nearest shelter which was under this chair.
It seemed more interested than scared as an iPhone arrived next to it and I took this picture. After a few minutes it flew away - I love a happy ending!
On another happy note entirely Jan (JanHar) and I remembered this evening that we have been married 31 years today.
