La Rocco

Lots of interesting things to see today but I can't share as the iPhone won't let me load up 'extras'.
So, this is La Rocco Tower at St Ouens on the west coast of Jersey. In this week so far this has become our favourite beach, and has our favourite cafe. Today the beach was shrouded in sea mist. Not that Edinburgh haar that leaves you shivering. This was just enough to be eerie, but let the sun shine through! We arrived at low tide so we could walk out and investigate this tower which was built in around 1800 ( year, not time) to defend against the French.
Once the sea had crept up the beach we returned to neoprene and body board activities.... in the surf. Such fun.
