Pontcystyllte Aqueduct

Keeping my feet firmly on the ground today! Well apart from the bit where I am walking over an aqueduct nearly 125ft off the ground.
Fancied a walk this morning to make the most of this beautiful weather we are having so headed for the Ty Mawr Country Park near Wrexham and followed the circular walk to the Pontcystyllte Aqueduct. This is a beautiful structure and extremely high but the views are fabulous, but not for anyone with height issues as the path is narrow and the ground a long way down!
At the end of the walk, the sign in my extra photo was on the gate. Really nice thought of someone, makes it all worthwhile!
