Mango chutney

I don't know how the food photographers get pin point clear sharpness of cooking. This hazy shot will have to do.

A major discount on mangoes led me to make homemade chutney. The initial sharpness of vinegar, garlic and ginger gave way to a more mellow spicy aroma.

Can't wait for 2 months time when it will have matured.
