New team member

This is Ruth Spence who has joined our team to assist Alyson Evans with policy and practice guidance.

As we support 3,000 volunteers there are constant requests for such guidance and clarification and Ruth will help ensure we keep on top of all that needs to be done.

I'll maybe blip her in a year's time to see if she still looks as relaxed!
