Last day

There were days when it felt summer holidays would never come.... but here we are, her last day of Foundation. She is so ready for it, but also very sad to leave her favourite teachers. She wrote a very sweet poem about her time in the class and for all the stress, she has a truly got a lot of incredible memories of this year to take away with her. She's grown up a lot too in this year, since all those months ago when she started. 


Foundation at **** is lots of fun.
Mr A plays his guitar as we come in.
We sing Gravity and Rabbits rock.
Mrs C likes Jolene and does good phonics.
Mrs H likes Julia Donaldson
And helps us with our French.
We make models and climb outside.
We had a castle, a beach and space.
We zip our lips past Mr L.
We were Frozen for the Disney parade,
We have discos and Mrs H danced with us.
Mr A dressed as Elsa and we had parties.
Zoolab came to our class with animals.  
We get marble jar treats on the adventure,
We sit in the spinny chair for our birthday.
There’s Mrs C, Mrs S, Mrs W and Miss H too.
We went to the farm and saw them milk cows.
We had ice cream and played in the straw.
We did cheerleading and raced at sports day.  
We wore our jammies and painted our faces.
We did a Christmas play for our families.
Thank you Foundation. It was fantastic!
