Homeward bound.

Thank you for sharing my holiday snaps - it's been fun.

I have learnt a few things:-

1. "Boutique hotel" means "old hotel with a bit of a facelift".
2. Washington DC in July is hot. However hot you think that is, add 20 degrees. Then imagine yourself in a sauna eating a Vindaloo.
3. Never, ever, EVER, order a starter in the USA.
4. My three travelling companions are just the best. Fact
5. I am a lucky lady (I already knew that).
