Newhaven lighthouse

Woke up feeling very stiff from the gym over the weekend and back to work again.

Went to Alien Rock in Leith for a climbing lesson with a friend from work. New shoes worked well and they weren't too uncomfortable for the 3 hours we were there.

Competed the night and got a membership card so al teast our faces are recognised down there in the future.

One of the best uses for and old church I have seen. A lot smaller than the wall in London but still very good. will have to go to Alien Rock 2 for some bouldering practice soon.

Went to bed feeling more sore than I started the day with.
