Shingo Conference

Shingo conference today at Manchester City's ground.
The Shingo model is a lean manufacturing technique to encourage and promote lean thinking and principles in the work place. It is more about creating a culture of continuous improvement within companies.
My company is thinking of applying for a medal this year so we have come to the annual conference to pick up some hints and tips. This is the group of us who attended.
A good conference with a couple of good speakers. Turns out we night have a chance at getting an award as well.
