Summer sun

I've had a perfect summer Sunday. I'm so lucky to be able to enjoy these days, carefree and relaxed and without responsibility.

L made breakfast then I chilled out at home til lunch. I went to the pool for 2pm and glad the most marvellous swim in a virtually empty pool with water at 23C, under bright blue, sunny skies. Then I chose a deck chair and sunbathed (with factor 50 on) for a further hour while listening to the cricket (collapse) and playing solitaire on the mobile. It was beautifully hot and I felt completely content and blessed.

I came home about 5 and will have a quiet evening in preparation for a week at work.
