Sheffield Park Gardens, East Sussex.

We visited this spectacular garden yesterday. It was originally laid out by Capability Brown in the 18th century and was part of the original estate of Sheffield Park House. The actual house still being in private ownership.  The National Trust has now purchased 80 HA of the gardens and is now home to the National Collection of Ghent Azaleas. A fabulous place to visit!
