Anniversary

3 years ago the Olympics took place here. 3 years. Incredible

A good tough 10km race around the entire park finishing with a lap of the track in the stadium with thousands of cheering supporters. Nice PB too.

Off to bed earlier to get up to St Andrews for the start of the final round tomorrow - yeah right. Back to work....
