Headless heat

I'm not wise by any stretch of the imagine in fact I'm an idiot but a wise call was made to do a hard training session at dawn rather than at lunch.

My it's a hot one and judging by the complaints I'm hoping its going to snow tomorrow to give others another opportunity to have a little bit of a whinge...

These cheeky monkeys were off for a bike ride this evening. I'd have gone with them if I haven't have had 57 showers already today..
