Tasters

A chance to meet up with two school friends this evening.  We had planned a trip for our joint 50th birthdays, and tonight was the time to get the diaries out and attempt to fit something into three busy schedules.

Location agreed, date (tentatively booked), accommodation will be a converted minibus/camper where we will catchup with family news, plans for the future, and sort out problems of today.  It's refreshing to spend time with old friends who remember you when you were 7, a hormonal teenager, 20s, flirty thirties, a wife, a peri-menopausal mum (and still find you good company!).

Really looking forward to it.

This evening's planning was held in Renfrew hostelry.   They have a STUNNING cake selection (I was told that a SLICE of Carrot Cake is 1000 calories! That's MY kind of calory controlled diet!)
