The First Batch.........!!

I think I can safely say that there is nothing like the taste of fresh homemade Redcurrant Jelly......
If anyone can get me a shop bought one as good as this then
'Ill eat my hat'......so I will.....!!!!!!
It's a "must-have" in your kitchen at all times...
Add to lamb dishes of all kinds..
Lovely with ham..
A glaze for fruit tarts....
And of course the basis for Cumberland Sauce....
I think I might have enough to consider selling at The Country Market.......!
