Away from discussions about the 99th runway at Heathrow. Geese are herded off the runway by land rover which doubles as fire tender. Queues at check in sometimes involve a five minute delay if there is some pressing gossip to exchange. Car park charges are leave at risk with or without keys in ignition. No stacking problems as aircraft approach but inboard catering very poor unless you bring your own bag of nuts and chew quickly....
