River Torrens precinct

Went past Adelaide Oval today on a very cold and dull sort of day. Saw 2 fountains in action so we quickly pulled over on Memorial Drive and I grabbed this shot. My view is looking towards the Festival Centre. The southern gates of Adelaide Oval were directly behind me.

  Our famous oval was the venue for a match between Liverpool United and our local team last night, the Adelaide Reds. 53,000 attended and Liverpool won 2-0.
