Silver dollar

My friend Louise gave me these "twigs" from her garden. When they are blooming the leaves shine silver in the sunshine, then they dry up and form seeds. 
 Once I got the seeds off just by rubbing the leaves gently, this part stayed on the stems. I had the vase and so I had some fireplace decoration!
