daddy morning

i take Tuesdays mornings off now, looking after spending quality time with my daughter Alys (aka littleA). today we went for a morning stroll to feed the ducks and took this after the bread ran out.

went for run number 5 tonight and really REALLY enjoyed it. if you'd've suggested that to me two weeks ago i would never have believed you. i'm using brute determination, with a helping hand from the 'from couch to 5k runner' app on my iPhone and Strava, a fab GPS app which i recently discovered here on blip.

tell you what though: i'm itching to get the bike fixed up and go a-peddling again.

in other news, i found out today i was lucky enough to get the three tickets i wanted to see my favourite band MUSE in Manchester in November. OH HAPPY DAYS!!! :) :) :)
