Wood for the trees

Squidge woke up a different child today! It's as though my moan on blip was at our worst point and then she seemed better this morning. Thanks for all your helpful comments. Good to know it's a typical threenager thing! Very reassuring.

It was nice to have her back for a day today. Not that I got to see that much of her. Angus dropped me at MediaCity so that I could work and they spent the day together shopping and eating ice cream.

Got lots of work done though which was great and helped with my stress levels.

Then when we got home I took her out for a walk - just the two of us. Which was like old times - we spotted squirrels in trees and generally talked nonsense for an hour together. We both needed it.
