Floating by...

Smallest boy's confidence in the water growing. Later he was very chuffed with himself when he slid down a natural water shoot into a deep pool. He was really wanting to and at the same time too scared because he wouldn't be able to touch the bottom - esp when I admitted I couldn't touch the bottom. He donned a floating ring and the instant he'd gone down it, asked to go down again :-)

Another beautiful wooded river gorge with swimming pools and shade. We swam, built dams, covered ourselves in clay, covered the rocks with clay splats, unblocked dams, and had a top fab time :-) car thermometer said it was 40deg at the car parking area.... Ooff! Thank goodness for cool rivers :-D
