Muddy legs!

We left Cardiff and headed to Forest of Dean for a mtn bike ride. We did the blue route which is about 7miles of proper knarly mtn biking. It was at the limit for D. He hated it and loved it in equal measure, but by the end he claimed it was great. I loved it, fab fast rocky downhill bits and a gentle steady up hill. The weather was mixed, blue skies and showers.
We then headed north to stay with the cousins on our way home.
