Crafty call?

Looking through my sewing/craft cupboard today I found a tapestry which a neighbour passed on to me some years ago. She had started it but given up (don't we all do this ?) and so I got out the wool and had a go this evening.
Last session of bowls today, so now a summer break. It was a good afternoon, with everyone feeling very upbeat! We had some good games.
As my grandchildren begin their summer holidays, their parents are organising their trips here and there.
So tomorrow week we'll see the family from London - now some serious cooking and planning must be done!
