Mother Mallard’s Questions 

“If I’m Ahead of the Rest,
 Does that Mean I’m the Best?”asked Little Duckling. 
While he paddled his little paddlers, as fast as he could .

To the other 9 ducklings.
Mother Mallard, “ Quack, quacked,”  

Soon Little Duckling,
Found himself surrounded by fluffy, duckling siblings.
Who jostled and bobbled to get close to Mom.

“If I’m Ahead of the Rest,
Does that Mean I’m the Best? asked a chubbier duckling,
Who’d moved to the front.

And so it went.....
