Smug or what

I snorted with laughter when I saw this at lunch today. Neither of my dining companions got it though. Is it just me????
After a glorious morning gardening at the Artblock (seems we've unwittingly entered ourselves for a Britain in Bloom contest because we accepted a grant to buy some plants :-( ) the rain arrived on schedule this afternoon - back to Autumn so soon?
