Well - what fun we've had today!

There's nothing quite like being a big V.I.P. - even if it is in quite a small pool.  We've been announced over the tannoy system at regular intervals.  Our presence has been requested over at the sheep pens, in the Crafts & Produce marquee, in the Main Showring to give out prizes to the vintage tractors - and umpteen other places.  Will has relayed his prepared speech and I've done my Lady Bountiful  bit.  We had a wonderful lunch on the specially reserved table - and we've lasted out, right to the end of the hog roast.

We've been hugged and thanked a million times by lots of lovely people.  But really it was our pleasure - we've had a ball .........................!
