Today's walk, without the collar

Early visit to the vets (see yesterdays blip for details) then on to darkest Lincolnshire to collect the grandkids.
Bill was a bit perkier, made a beeline for the car as soon as he saw it (possible escape bid?) but is still not recovered. Having said that if I had just had the major operation like him there is no way I would be happily trotting around a field a few days later either. The lack of the big plastic collar helped his attitude I suspect. Possibly coming home tomorrow but with the outstanding test results still hanging over our heads it is difficult to celebrate too much
