Maybird

It rained today, it rained all day……..hang on that sounds familiar.
 
We stayed in having a nice time until after lunch when we decided we really ought to go out.  Pete and Tom stayed home to watch the F1 and the rest of us headed off to the Stratford shopping centre known as the Maybird Centre.  Here’s Noriko, Andrew, Ann and Kio heading for the shelter of the shops, which included a trip to Pets At Home to see the rabbits, hamsters and rats for sale, along with the bearded dragons and multitude of fish.
 
Pete left for sunny rainy Wales and after tea we watched a Japanese film set in Finland, Kamome Diner, whilst Andrew and I sampled a couple of rums.
