No Slur Intended

Being a somewhat sensitive Scot, I wondered about a possible political slur when, on another perambulation in the rain, I saw this printing on a hoarding at the top of Chamber Street.
I was going to let you decide on a possible meaning, but curiosity forced me to google the wording.
Lo and behold, I discovered there is a very innocent explanation. 'Out of Hand Scotland' is an Edinburgh based graphic design business and the operator of the official outdoor advertising for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. No slur intended.

In other matters, it's another gie dreich day in the Northlands.
