Time Tales

Here's No 3 having a play in the garden before bed time.

She is trying to learn to tell the time. She has mastered the hour and half past, and is fairly sure of quarter past and quarter to. I told her if she learns to tell the time I will buy her a watch.

We borrowed a very good book on learning the time from her nursery. Lots of games to understand night and day, time zones, and 24 hour clocks etc.

Me : "some people have to stay up all night....what people have to stay up all night and sleep during the day?"

No 3: ".....Zombies.....!"

I blame her sisters !
