Relaxing Monday's

A nice lazy day today which was much needed after a busy weekend. We messed around at home this morning and A went for an early nap. P and I set to making bracelets from a set she received for her birthday. We made one for each other and a few spares!

After lunch we took a walk to the post office to send a very special parcel and then we went to the park. P had great fun doing a treasure hunt and A amused himself by trying to blow clover flowers as if they were dandelion clocks!

This evening I've been down to nursery for P's last parents' evening. Her key worker is really happy with her progress and she appears to be well above the standard for the average 5 year old starting school. Got to keep up with the phonics over the summer and she'll be well away in September.
