Pre holiday treat

Well it's not really a holiday, Tony and I are popping over to our apartment in Spain on Sunday till Wed, the decorator is in this week giving it a lick of paint and we are going to do a bit of accessories shopping and clean before the summer rentals start.
I am hoping to get a few hrs in the sun as well.

Christopher and Rach are staying at home with Kerri and Fran who are Christopher's careers. They take him bowling and the pictures and sit if we have a night out planned. Kerri will move in on Sunday when we leave and Fran will come in at 6.30 each morning to help get them ready for school and do the after school activity runs.

I maintained at weigh in tonight which is good going considering I haven't been since Before the bank holiday and I've not stuck to it at all.
Back on track when I get back next week.
