Camping Day 2

Its Friday and what a miserable day it has been... From the moment we woke up it has been raining. I don't think we have seen this sort of rain for a very long time and it is very unexpected for July!
Although this did not dampen our spirits whatsoever, we made a make shift gazebo which we put from the van onto the fence behind us with a giant groundsheet. We spend the day chatting, reading and doing puzzles (with the puzzle book I brought along, which was probably the most used prop of them all!)
In the afternoon we had a BBQ with some sausages after that in the spirit of camping we roasted some marshmallows on the fire. 
Later that evening Tom and Sophie arrived and we had dinner all together. It has been a really dull and rainy day so we all had an early night with a hot chocolate and had a good night sleep in hope that Saturday would be a brighter day.
