Mongolian goat herder

Today we traveled to the Yol Valley, where a small glacier remains present in the middle of the Gobi desert!

On route, we stopped at what appeared to be a deserted building, but within a few minutes a couple of lads turned up on a motor bike, and pumped water into a drinking trough for their herd of goats. The quality of the light bouncing off the light coloured goats coats and lighting the boys face was wonderful.
