The Flaming Cliffs / Bayanzag

In the heart of the Gobi desert is this great structure of sandstone cliffs, that become quite intensely red at sunset. We visited them in the (38 degree) heat of the afternoon, but returned after dinner to see them glow in the setting sun, and to watch the sunset.
