Colosseum

Three hour walking tour around the Colosseum.  It was absolutely packed!!  And so hot.....We have had a lovely morning, albeit it hot and then enjoyed a lovely lunch.  We are back at hotel, few work emails and then Im hitting the pool!!

My only gripe about today.....if you are a selfie stick user, please please please, just be careful how you flick the thing around!!  Twice today I have nearly been taken out by people being inconsiderate - its a stick and it hurts when hits another person!!  Oh and, I know not all selfie stick users are like this, but silly pouts are just that, silly...they only belong to Mrs Beckham!! lol.  How about a genuine smile to show you are having a good time?  Oh and they are not mirrors....and your hair / lippy / eye make up has not moved since the last time you checked...you and your stick are getting in the way of people with cameras!!

In other news, thank you everyone on FB for your support last night, for those not on FB....my daddy is a bit poorly, he has septicaemia and is in hospital. He had a reasonable night but will remain in hospital again today.  He is very confused....he is being closely monitored.
