Another look

This is the shoreline of the St Lawrence River, in front of the Big House. I think Steve is checking out the "Army Boat" for one of his cousins who has arrived and might want to use it. I like the line of the shore and how it curves around the rocks. The barns you see are called the Drive Shed - oh! And there is also the old star chamber (outhouse) which no-one uses anymore (see detail of the star in the extras) .... behind the trees is the Cedars cottage where we are staying.

What lovely, beautiful scenery . . . I am drinking it in.
