A Walk In The Woods#2

Jon and I took a sweltering hike in the woods today and we came across this in the middle of a clearing.  It was quite tall and very impressive.  A determined fungus in the extra photo.

Logan picked up his "dirt/street bike" (as in motorcycle but smaller) today and he is over the top with happy.  He can only drive it off-road for now as he doesn't have a license but will be taking a safe driving class and getting a license as soon as he can.  Helmet? Check.  Gloves? check.  Boots? Check.

I'm not so over the top happy.....
