Cead Mile Failte
31st July 2015:
The St John of God, worldwide, ministry is based on hospitality, so when Br Michael visited we tried to do a little version of our own.
On his left is Jacquie Ryan a recent volunteer to our projects in Malawi, not her first and certainly not her last.
She brought the Death By Chocolate cake.
My mother (known to all as Nano),89, brought some fruit juice in a bottle labeled Port, there was also some other fruit juice labeled red wine, which as a non-drinker don’t understand.
Our family came, Caitriona found the bosca ceoil , an accordion, to the non believers and Nano gave us a bit of a concert.
Michael got to bed at a time well past his Mzuzu bedtime but we are disclosing anything.
The hundred thousand welcomes (Cead Mile Failte) which we have received in Katoto with the Brothers on our 35 visits over the past ten years
