Carlsberg Glyptotek

Having arrived in Copenhagen early we dropped bags and set off for a stroll, no particular plans made.

After an hour of ambling around we overheard some "hipsters" mention a Man Ray Exhibition. We followed them and ended up at the Carlsberg Glyptotek. This gallery exhibits sculpture and painting along with items of antiquity from Egypt and the broader Mediterranean.

The Man Ray exhibition which focused on his painting wasn't bad however this actually paled when compared to the building and some of the other items on display. In particular this sculpture set on its own at the top of a flight of stairs in the new wing.
