Mini beast adventure

We headed to whitmuir the organic place to visit the zoo 'wildlife in Scotland' bus. The kids were very impressed and joined in lots of the activities. After a lovely lunch at the whitmuir cafe, full of food we took them for a walk - our own mini beast hunt! Frog hoppers were the highlight and coming across the beekeeping talk in the yurt. It was fascinating to see the honey bees and their huge queen. It stayed dry all day, only now it's drizzling but the boys are off to cricket anyhoo :-) and me? I think I might have a relaxing bath and a glass of wine :-)
