Footprints in the sand

At St Andrews Tuesday to Thursday for Scottish Baptist Ministers Conference and really enjoyed it, though it was hard keeping awake through the first 2 speakers - slept like a log the first night.
Wednesday afternoon was free so I had plenty of time to buy books (don't know when I'm going to read them), have a walk and then do the chariots of fire thing with a run on West Sands.
This is a view over East Sands and the harbour entrance where big and small people can walk - at low tide.
