Bilbo and Lottie

It's been a lovely Saturday, despite getting up for training at 9am. It was a really tough session today but I survived and of course feel really good for it. I showered and then went to P's to collect Bilbo.

When I got back I decided the prudent thing to do would be to take both dogs for a walk together before taking Bilbo into the house. The idea was to get them a little used to being with each other in a large open space having fun, rather than immediately creating territorial issues by bringing Bilbo into a house with Lottie already in it. I hoped that this way they'd sort out the top dog issue between themselves more easily.

Who knows if it has worked but they seem to be tolerating each other though are both a little on edge and panting a lot but, I suspect it'll be fine. I did manage to get this lovely shot of them both coming back to greet me on our walk.

The weather has been OK but not exceptional. About 20C but pretty cloudy overall and it even looks as though it might rain.
