Futuristic or what?

Was having lunch with my workmates Julie and Sandra today, meeting our old pal Linda, who left a couple of years ago.  We split the distance between us in Perth, and her in Dunfermline, and met at Kinross's Loch Leven's Larder.

It's one of those posh farm shop places, but they have the added advantage of overlooking beautiful Loch Leven.  They have added  these futuristic looking pods, which you can hire to have a private meal in. 

I had a bowl of delicious vegetable and chorizo soup, followed by roast butternut squash salad with grilled halloumi.  Yummy. 

After a long, gossipy lunch, we had a wee potter about the shop before heading home.  I nipped into Mum's for a wee while, and now I'm back at the ranch getting ready to settle for the evening with the papers and a glass of wine.
