Or Aeonium Arboreum.  I was fascinated to see all the tiny hairs along the edge of each leaf of the flower.  Ours is getting very leggy and needs replanting.

A lovely sunny day and we have done nothing except me: a bit of ironing and a bit of gardening and a lot of reading, Jack: a lot of reading and a bit of playing jazz, both of us: sitting in the garden and enjoying our new view.  Oh and eating our first picking of french beans!
