Making a splash
I made my monthly trip to Knockhill racing circuit today for the Scottish Championship bike races.
It was fine all day, until 5 minutes before the superbike class took the track for their second race.
These things make more than 180bhp which is delivered through a back tyre with a contact patch about the size of a credit card.
That's daunting enough in perfect conditions, but to race one of these machines in pouring rain & standing water takes balls of steel (probably 3!)
