An afternoon at Rydal Mount.
Paul and me enjoyed a few pleasant hours, missing the showers, as we were visiting William Wordsworth's home and gardens, Rydal Mount.
It was a good few years since our previous visit, yet it is so peaceful and beautiful there. We had a lovely piece of Lakeland tea cake with Earl Grey tea.
It is the anniversary of Wordsworth having written Daffodils, and there was an art exhibition in the house, by a Japanese artist.
We also strolled around St. Mary's parish church, and I have posted a photo of this on my 365project, where I am Grace55.
