Selfie by the Sea

It's currently 25 degrees on the South Coast, so Alan kindly drove me down to the road to the beach so that I could have some sea air. We sat on the beach for an hour and there was a lovely breeze.

I took this selfie before we left, and thought it would be nice for my mum and mother-in-law, who both live up North and follow my journal, to see that I'm looking ok after the op :-)

We're now back home and sat in the garden while the Sunday roast is cooking. Hope you're having a nice day too!
