Trip Down the Mall

The weather in DC has been very pleasant over the last few days; hot but without the humidity we normally get in July and August.   First thing I got down to the art Museum to catch an excellent photography exhibition and the Caillebotte exhibition.

I had never heard of this painter however his work is excellent and this is a rare opportunity to see a collection of his work, most of which is in private collections.

On the way back to Union Station I stumbled on these colorful Bolivian folk dancers and stood watching them for 20 mins.   Vibrant and cheerful performers.
