All you can eat .....

..... Chinese buffet.

I had a trip in to Bradford today to try and get a new modem. My current one had decided to stop working. I called my broadband provider and after almost an hour on the phone to a young lady in India called 'Sarah' (why does Virgin media insist on getting its Indian call centre staff to adopt Anglicised names, Britain is a multicultural nation and I'm sure most customers can cope with calling someone by their real name. It doesn't bode well if the first bit of information a company's representative gives you is a lie " Hello my name is Sarah, how can I help you ? " ) was told that it will be a day or two before they would be able to get an engineer out to replace the modem. My trip to Bradford proved futile as it appears you can no longer buy just a modem and the ones that Virgin use for their broadband are only available from Virgin. It feels like I've lost a limb not having Wi-Fi ( or to be more precise an appendage ), luckily I have 3G on my phone.

Whilst in Bradford I had a wonder around the new City Park and took a few photos. I almost blipped one called 'Crocks by the water' but in the end have chosen a poor quality panorama that I took whist having my lunch in an all you can eat Chinese buffet next to the City Park. I Texted this pic to Mrluc not intending it to be a blip possibility and he pointed out that maybe my diet needs looking at, judging by the other diners in the buffet he could have a point.

I have also put another couple of pics in the dodgy street snaps folder, another glare shot and an arty street snap. Despite all those other photos being technically better I have once again chosen the grainy badly exposed and framed snap, so todays blip is the .....
